Ms Dariya and Mr Vladislav were very helpful and professional with their service. Ms. Dariya was always in contact during the process. I have received the car on time at my door. The car was new, clean, 4×4 with winter tires. Mr Vladislav carefully showed me and marked even the slightest dent on the car so that it will not be problem later on. Returning process was also very smooth and fast. I highly recommend working with Avis team in Minsk.

Забирал и сдавал авто на автовокзале в Минске. Был привязан по времени с пересечением границы, что добавляет некоторую динамику. Представители фирмы встретили и проводили точно, быстро и четко. Спасибо Антону и еще двум ребятам при возврате авто. Жаль не помню именно. Отличное и вежливое обслуживание

My wife’s mum unexpectedly passed away and we needed to organise a trip to Belarus from NY in a few hours. I called Avis and Artem answered all my questions about the rental that included full insurance. Since my flight from Istanbul was arriving after their office hours, he reassured me that there would be someone in their office waiting for me. It all come as expected, the car was in perfect conditions and with winter wheels which made me feel quite safe as we needed to drive in snow and icy local roads. (for other users please notice that American Express did not work but visa was perfect for the payment). My return flight was also before office hours but the team indicated me how to return the car into the airport’s parking and drop the keys in their drop box. I followed their instructions and when I landed in Istanbul I received confirmation that everything was fine with the car. I would like to really commend the kindness and professionalism of the Avis team in Minsk Airport. And the quality of the car I rented and of their service.
