Standard insurance means that you have responsibility in the amount of 1000-1500 \u20ac. You have no personal responsibility\/franchise. Purchasing full insurance package you held none material responsibility in case of damages or theft (providing that you called traffic police!). This is the guarantee of your calmness during the driving.
